Trim any extra hair hanging out of the brows with a new spoolie. Sweep the hair downwards and use brow-shaping scissors to cut some super-long stray hairs. Remove any hair that has fallen below the brow chart with tweezers before you finish cutting. Fill in the gaps with a brow pencil or gloss to complete the effect.
