Clean up the brows and cut any excess hair sticking out with a new spoolie. Sweep the hair downwards and use brow-shaping scissors to cut some super-long stray hairs. Remove any hair that has fallen below the brow chart with tweezers before you finish trimming. Fill in the gaps with a brow pencil or polish for a seamless effect.
